What's the difference between the Defender 90 P300 S, P400 X-Dynamic SE, and P525 V8?
You can view the three different 2025 Defender 90 trim levels as mild, medium, and wild, increasing in performance and modern design with each trim. The P300 S is the standard Defender 90 trim, offering a 4-cylinder engine and more classic, silver exterior elements. The P400 X-Dynamic SE has a larger inline 6-cylinder engine with a mild hybrid system and darker silver and black design elements. Finally, the P525 V8 is the wild trim with the most powerful V8 engine, aggressive black exterior components, and sportier interior upholstery.
What's the difference between the Defender 90 and Defender 110?
The Defender 90 is the shorter, 2-door version of the Defender 110. As a result, it only has two rows of seating with room for up to five or six passengers, while the Defender 110 can be optioned with three rows and room for up to seven passengers. Because of its smaller size, though, the 2025 Defender 90 does have a lower starting MSRP of $56,900* compared to $60,800* for the 2025 Defender 110. The Defender 90 doesn't have as many trim levels as the Defender 110, but the available features are consistent between the trim levels that are shared (view 2025 Defender 110 trim levels).
Deciding between the Defender 90 and 110 ultimately depends on preference and needs. If you want a smaller, more agile SUV, opt for the Defender 90. If you need more space and don't mind a larger vehicle, go for the Defender 110.
