Approaching the End of Your Lease

  1. Make sure you are within your contracted mileage allowance.
  2. Call Land Rover White Plains at least 45 days before turn-in to schedule your complimentary pre-inspection*
  3. Review your pre-inspection wear and use condition report.
  4. Make repairs at our Service Center to reduce end-of-term liability (each tire must have at least 1/8th inch tread at its lowest point)
  5. Contact your retailer for repairs covered by optional products** purchased through the retailer.
  6. Contact Land Rover Financial Group† at 1-877-369-8455 with receipts from any repairs completed at our Service Center.
  7. Check out our new Land Rover inventory and schedule a test drive.
  8. Contact Land Rover Financial Group† at 1-877-369-8455 to request an extension if you need more time.

Before Turning In Your Vehicle

  1. Contact Land Rover White Plains to schedule your lease return.
  2. Meet your contractual obligations before turning in your vehicle; you may be charged for early turn-in.
  3. Contact Land Rover White Plains or local DMV for any state license and/or registration requirements.
  4. Prepare your vehicle for turn-in:
    • Remove all personal items.
    • Turn-in all sets of keys to the vehicle.
    • Clear any personal digital information from in-vehicle interfaces.
    • Anything that came with your vehicle when you first leased it must be returned to avoid charges (for example: all keys, owner's manuals, cargo covers, removable seats, remotes, headphones, navigation systems/SD cards, spare tires/tools).

Turning In Your Vehicle

  1. Return your completed Odometer Statement to Land Rover Financial Group†.
  2. Contact Land Rover Financial Group† with your turn-in details: our name/address (Land Rover White Plains/295 East Main Street, White Plains, NY 10523), name of the person who took your keys, the date and time you dropped it off, and the mileage from your Odometer Statement.
  3. Provide Land Rover Financial Group† with the VIN of your next lease or purchase to see if you qualify for any loyalty credits or waivers.

After Turning In Your Vehicle

  1. Complete the Lease Turn-In form online or contact Land Rover Financial Group† at 1-877-369-8455 within 1 business day of turn in.
  2. Cancel recurring payments as we cannot stop these on your behalf.
  3. If you receive a lease-end bill, promptly pay any amount due.
